Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying activities and responsibilities for all the employees
  • Devising standard operating procedures for HR, Finance and the overall organization
  • Sales & Marketing – Follow-up & Mgmt.
  • Supervision of all Client Servicing activities
  • Getting the purchase order from the client before the workshop
  • HR – recruitment, induction etc, Conducting interviews, Creating a selection criteria

Desired Skill-set:

  • Relevant work experience of 6-7 years
  • Self starter attitude and the ability to think out of the box
  • Ability to motivate all the employees and inculcate best practices within the organization
  • Keeps himself updated with recent industrial trends and adopts himself to changing times
