Job Responsibilities:

  • Admin
  • Management of leaves
  • Initiating employee retention policies and activities
  • Defining skills required and a matching profile of the person
  • HR – recruitment, induction etc, new hire onboarding, managing employee exit process
  • Identifying sources – colleges, platforms, word of mouth, etc
  • Releasing online campaigns
  • Creating standardised mails
  • Managing travel of trainers from Ideafarms
  • Managing the CEO’s travel and stay for any business engagement
  • Pre-workshop Preparation – Gathering workshop material, Gathering of relevant info from client – pax list, venue, etc
  • Vendor management along with the Operations Manager
  • Management of data – back end
  • Feedback, Assessment registration – iterations of tool
  • Keeping a track of new registrations for the online course

Desired Skill-set:

  • 0-1 year of work experience as a HR manager
  • Knowledge of HR systems and database
  • Ability to design the interview questionnaire and conduct interviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle admin and travel related queries
