- Recruitment coordination, on boarding activities including induction, documentation and data handling
- Supervising Discipline and Implementation of Policies & Procedures
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Providing Payroll and Full & Final Settlement
- Responsible for issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Experience Letters etc.
- Manpower Validation, Maintaining MIS and HR Reports
- Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities
- Handling and resolving grievances of employees
- Exit Management
- Involved in Manpower Planning and Strategizing
Admin Activities:
- Housekeeping & Pantry Management
- Front Desk management
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- Organize Events (making quotation/estimate & decorations)
- Devising and maintaining office system
- Ordering and maintaining stationery, equipment & housekeeping materials
- Creating and maintaining filing system
- Arrangements for meetings
- Record maintenance of incoming and outing post
- Other Admin related work
