HR Activities:

  1. Recruitment coordination, on boarding activities including induction, documentation and data handling
  2. Supervising Discipline and Implementation of Policies & Procedures
  3. Attendance and Leave Management
  4. Providing Payroll and Full & Final Settlement
  5. Responsible for issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Experience Letters etc.
  6. Manpower Validation, Maintaining MIS and HR Reports
  7. Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities
  8. Handling and resolving grievances of employees
  9. Exit Management
  10. Involved in Manpower Planning and Strategizing

Admin Activities:

  1. Housekeeping & Pantry Management
  2. Front Desk management
  3. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  4. Organize Events (making quotation/estimate & decorations)
